Report
Phoenix won the title in 2014-15 with a similar 8-1 record to Ulster Elks from the Ulster University, who won the title in 2015-16 and 2017-18 – there was no League in 2016-17.

Basketball Northern Ireland is one of 14 Regional Area Boards below the National Leagues, and is 3rd Tier League Nationally.
